Featuring over 125 antique and craft vendors, a visit to the Old Sled Works, in Perry County will take you back in time. Experience a working Old Time Penny Arcade and Soda Fountain, spend some time in the Sled Museum for a look at some of the early Lightning Guider sleds and other items produced for 85 years in this old factory. The Facktory, a multi-faceted family fun center, in Liverpool has something for everyone. Located in the side of the Conococheague Mountain, Big Spring State Park is ideal for picnicking and hiking. A short loop trail leads to a partially completed railroad tunnel with historic interpretation located at the trail head. The 45-acre Big Spring State Park is 5.5 miles southwest of New Germantown, along PA route 274. Perry Country, tucked away to the west of Harrisburg International features a number of little known tourist treasures.
